The Faculty for Health Sciences has been in a foundational phase since 01.07.2018. This will be complete when at least 6 professorial chairs have been filled and the new occupants of these positions are present at the supporting universities. Until then, the faculty is being led by an external founding dean and vice dean who have been appointed from among the health scientists at the supporting universities. Supervision of the Faculty during this period is being carried out by the founding Faculty Council, whose members have also been appointed, rather than elected.
