21/06/2022 at 14:00 – 16:00 h
Zoom event: Developments in genome editing such as CRISPR/Cas9 allow the human genome to be modified. Despite hopes for new healing treatments, however, there are also concerns about crossing ethical boundaries. For responsible research and development, it is therefore emphasized that the broadest possible public participation is necessary. During this event, the possibilities and limits of participation in the context of genome editing will be debated.
